KMPT, a new beginning
KMPT was founded in 2001 through an MBO from the former Mannesmann Demag Krauss-Maffei AG. The path to independence continued in 2003 when our daughter company in the US moved into newly built office and assembly facilities in Florence, Kentucky. In the spring of 2006, the re-organization of KMPT was completed by the move to our new headquarters in Vierkirchen, near Munich, Germany. The new facility incorporates state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment and logistical systems.

Tradition and experience
