Versatile and flexible mixer dryer. The HD series uses a central, top-driven helical mixer in a conical vessel for gentle and efficient mixing operations or vacuum drying. A mobile design is available for small product quantities up to 300 liters. For larger volumes, up to 4000 liters, a stationary version is offered.
A special drying system is available with interchangeable components such as stationary drive module, vacuum system, heating/cooling system, CIP skid and mobile components for simultaneous unit operations to minimize product handling when drying multiple batches.
