The Field Service Technicians include specialists for each product line (Krauss-Maffei Peelers, Pushers, Plate and Conical Dryers, and Flottweg Decanter centrifuges) and cross-trained personnel that can handle all the different types of centrifugal and drying equipment included in the KMPT and Flottweg product line. A KMPT expert service technician will come to your site to assist you with start-up, repair, training, or inspection of any type of our equipment. As the OEM, our technicians can provide the qualified support to ensure the work is done correctly the first time.
Preventative Maintenance
KMPT can provide both preventative and predictive maintenance agreements to increase equipment uptime and maximize your investment. A fixed cost preventative maintenance agreement that can be customized to meet your particular equipment requirements, offers the following advantages:
